RLC MOTHER’S DAY OUT | FLOATER

Job Location: Renew Life Church, Midland, Texas

Reports To: RLC MDO Director

Position Status: Part-time, Non-Exempt, Hourly

Schedule: Monday & Wednesdays, 8 am-2:30 pm, office hours as required

Goal of Position: 

The goal of this position is to assist in creating a safe, loving, and Christ-centered environment by supporting classrooms, staff, and daily routines as needed. This role requires flexibility, a servant-hearted attitude, and a commitment to guiding children with grace while working closely with teachers and leadership to ensure a smooth and engaging program for all.

Activity-Based Job Description:

Daily - Program Days

• Sub in classrooms as needed. Help other teachers prepare for the day.

• Assist Lead and Assistant teachers in areas of need. 

• Share responsibilities with diaper changing, clean up, etc. When in a classroom.

• Maintain a safe, healthy environment for children at all times.  

• Actively engage in daily activities and routines with children while in the classroom.

• Redirecting in a way that corrects, yet maintains the heart of God as a good father.

• Help the Director or Assistant Director with classroom work. Printing, cutting, etc.

Weekly

• Assess all areas of development of children. 

• Form and maintain professional relationships with coworkers, parents, and families.
